Terms and Conditions of Business

All our events must be paid either in advance or at the event

5 working days notice must be given of cancellation otherwise full payment is due for all our workshops and events

For exhibitors at any of our showcase or exhibition events:-

  • The cost must be paid in full two weeks before the event
     
  • If full payment is not received, the stand may be sold to another exhibitor
     
  • Any cancellation made by the exhibitor less than 2 weeks before the event will be their responsibility and full payment will be required

All event management invoices must be paid as per terms and conditions on an SLA agreed.  Otherwise all invoices will be paid no more than 30 days from date of invoice.

In the event on non-payment an administration fee of £50 will be made.   Events for Business also reserve the right to charge all costs associated with debt recovery.

Please note that whilst every effort is made to ensure that delegates at our events are of a suitable business nature, we do not accept any responsibility for any transactions conducted between delegates, nor do we accept any responsibility for the behaviour of any delegate.
